You may use the generated prompts for your own business operations, including integration with AI voice platforms such as Retell AI, Vapi, Bland AI, and others.

User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Not use the Service to generate content that is deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise exploit the Service beyond its intended use.
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal usage patterns.
• Comply with all applicable telemarketing and calling regulations (including TCPA, DNC lists, and similar laws in your jurisdiction) when using generated prompts for phone calls.

All prompts and scripts generated by AI CallPrompt are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and operational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content for your specific use case. AI CallPrompt is not responsible for how users choose to use, modify, or deploy the generated prompts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring that any AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations before use in production environments.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI CallPrompt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

The AI CallPrompt website, branding, design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of AI CallPrompt. Rate Limits & Fair Use

Free usage of the Service is limited to 5 prompt generations per day per user. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Abuse of the Service, including attempts to circumvent rate limits, may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
