What's the difference between credit packs and subscriptions?
Credit packs (PAYG) are one-time purchases — credits never expire and you use them whenever you need. Subscriptions give you a monthly allowance that resets each billing cycle; unused prompts don't roll over. Use packs if your usage is irregular, subscriptions if you generate consistently every month.
What happens when I use my free credits?
Every new account gets 5 free prompt credits on signup — no credit card required. Once those are used, you can top up with a credit pack or subscribe to a monthly plan.
Do PAYG credits expire?
No. Credits purchased in a PAYG pack never expire. Use them at your own pace.
Can I have both a subscription and PAYG credits?
Yes. If you have an active subscription, your monthly quota is used first. Any PAYG credits act as overflow and are only consumed after your monthly allowance runs out.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately.
What counts as one prompt generation?
Each time you click Generate and receive a full script output counts as one credit. If a generation fails due to a server error on our end, it does not count against your balance.
Do you offer refunds on credit packs?
