Refund Policy

Overview

AI CallPrompt offers a free tier that allows anyone to try the service before purchasing a paid plan. Because of this, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair to all customers.

14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original payment date.
  • You have generated fewer than 10 scripts using your paid quota during this period.
  • You have not previously received a refund from AI CallPrompt.

Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will be reviewed individually at our discretion.

Subscription Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for renewal charges once a billing cycle has started. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
  • Subscriptions where the paid quota has been substantially used.
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
  • Renewal charges for active subscriptions.
  • Requests for partial refunds within an active billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the eligible window:

  1. Email support@aicallprompt.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Include the email address used for purchase and the approximate purchase date.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and payment disputes on our behalf. If you have a billing dispute or do not recognize a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback, as we can typically resolve issues faster through direct contact.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of a paid subscription after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
